Breathing for Sleep – Sydney workshop – September 23rd

Enhance your sleep quality and overcome insomnia through specialised breathing practices. Sleep is commonly disrupted by stress and by conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea.
Learn gentle, sleep-inducing breathing patterns that prepare your body and mind for deep, restorative rest. Breathing techniques can be helpful for assisting insomnia and also improving sleep disordered breathing.
This immersive session combines theory with practice. There will also be interactive discussion and guided breathing exercises.
Key Learning outcomes:
1. Learn the basics of good sleep
2. Learn how to work with breathing and mind-body techniques to manage daytime stress and improve sleep
3. Learn how to implement sleep routines including breathing techniques
4. Learn how poor upper airway and tongue function can lead to chronic sleep problems
5. Learn techniques to improve the snoring, sleep disordered breathing, OSA and sleep quality.
Especially helpful if you have difficulty sleeping, snoring and mild to moderate sleep apnea.
